Dr. Jordan Keys is the Associate Dean of Osteopathic Integration/OMM Chair at the new osteopathic medical school at D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY. She also co-leads a private practice in Midtown Manhattan with her colleague, Keys.

Board-certified in both Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, Jordan brings a holistic and systems-based approach to healthcare. Her professional passions lie in advancing osteopathic medicine, exploring the structural and systemic factors that contribute to health disparities—including structural racism and LGBTQIA+ healthcare inequities—and integrating somatic approaches to trauma care. She is currently completing an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certification through The Embody Lab.

Jordan has developed and implemented curricula focused on structural competency and cultural humility, and she continues to advocate for trauma-informed, inclusive spaces in both clinical and academic settings. Her work is grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves and the systems we operate within is key to creating environments where everyone can thrive.

She has presented nationally on topics such as:

LeTerrence “Keys” Keys is a passionate counselor, mentor, and mental health advocate committed to helping individuals unlock their full potential—socially, emotionally, and psychologically. With a deep dedication to equity and social justice, Keys works to dismantle systemic barriers and expand inclusive opportunities for marginalized communities. His trauma-informed approach ensures that every person he supports is met with empathy, understanding, and the tools to thrive.

With over 21 years of experience as a school counselor in both middle and high school settings, Keys has made a lasting impact on students and families—particularly those from underserved communities. His work spans a variety of educational and residential environments, where he provides mentorship that is both transformative and culturally responsive.

Keys’ personal journey is a powerful testament to resilience. Having grown up as an at-risk youth in a disenfranchised community, he brings lived experience to his work—fueling his passion for mental health advocacy and community empowerment. Today, he is a devoted husband, father, counselor, former professional athlete, and trusted mentor.

Keys completed his advanced certification in mental health counseling at New York Institute of Technology in 2026. He also completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2025. He integrates mindfulness, movement, and holistic wellness into his practice, helping others build resilience and emotional intelligence through embodied approaches.

Known for his ability to build strong, authentic relationships, Keys has cultivated a wide-reaching network of students, families, educators, leaders, and stakeholders. His work is grounded in compassion, connection, and a commitment to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.
